HIMANA | SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

 

At HIMANA, we are committed to delivering your jewelry safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. As the first Demi-Fine brand in Nepal, we ensure our shipping standards match the quality of our craftsmanship.

 

1.    Order Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: All standard orders are typically processed and handed over to our courier partners within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
  • Personalized & Custom Items: Items featuring engraving or custom designs require extra care and typically take 3–4 business days for production before shipping.

2.    Partial Shipments

To ensure you receive your items as soon as they are ready, we may split your order into multiple shipments:

  • If you order a Personalized or Solid Gold item along with standard Silver jewelry, we will ship the available items first.
  • The personalized/gold items will follow in a separate package once they clear our quality control. There are no additional shipping charges for these split shipments.

3.    Shipping Charges

  • Domestic (Nepal): We offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders over Rs.4,999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
  • International Shipping: Shipping charges apply to all international orders and vary based on the destination country and parcel weight. These will be displayed clearly during the checkout process.

4.    Real-Time Tracking

The moment your HIMANA package leaves our warehouse, you will stay informed. You will receive tracking details via:

  • WhatsApp
  • Email
  • SMS
  • You can also track your order directly through our website using your Order ID.

 

5.    Secure Packaging & Delivery

  • Safety First: Your jewellery is shipped in a plain, discreet outer box to prevent theft. Our branded HIMANA box is safely tucked inside.
  • Tamper-Evident Seals: If you notice that the outer shipping bag or the security tape is broken or tampered with, do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at care@himana.co
  •  Verification: For high-value orders (Solid Gold), a government-issued ID or a secure OTP may be required by the delivery partner at the time of handover.

6.    International Orders & Customs

  • Customs/Duties: For international shipments, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns: While we offer easy returns domestically, shipping charges for international returns must be borne by the customer. 

7.    Non-Serviceable Areas

In the rare event that our logistics partners do not service your specific PIN code/zip code, our customer support team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method (such as Nepal Post or a specialized local courier).


NOTE

Unboxing Video Reminder: We recommend adding a small note in your shipping confirmation email: "To ensure a smooth return or claim process, please record a 360-degree unboxing video of your package." This protects you against claims of "missing items" in transit.
