We stand behind the craftsmanship of our artisans. Our warranty covers:


  • Manufacturing Defects: Any issues with stone settings, clasps, or soldering points are covered for life.
  • Authenticity Guarantee: We guarantee that every "Silver" piece is authentic 925 Sterling Silver.
  • Complimentary Cleaning: We offer professional ultrasonic cleaning at our Kathmandu studio for the lifetime of your piece.
One-Year "Fresh Shine" Guarantee

We know you love wearing your HIMANA pieces every day. We offer a one-time free re-plating service within the first 12 months of purchase if your gold plating fades significantly under normal wear.


  • Note: The warranty does not cover accidental damage (broken chains from pulling), lost items, or damage caused by third-party jewellers.

Maintenance & Re-plating Service

Renew Your Glow

Did your favorite jewellery lose its luster after years of love? Don’t worry. Even after your 1-year guarantee expires, we offer a Premium Re-plating Service.


  • Cost: NRP.500 – NRP.800 (depending on the item).
  • Includes: Professional buffing, scratch removal, and a fresh 14k gold dip.
  • Process: Contact us on Instagram or WhatsApp to book your refresh.

How to Request a Service


  • Contact Us: Send a photo of your jewellery and your order ID to care@himanajewels.com or DM us on Instagram.
  • Assessment: Our team will review the issue and confirm if it is covered under warranty or eligible for a paid refresh.
  • Ship to Us: Drop off your piece at our Kathmandu studio or ship it to us via courier. (Note: Shipping costs to the studio are the responsibility of the customer).
  • The Return: Once refreshed, we will ship it back to you, ready to shine again!
